My focus as a teacher is making the most efficient use of my clients' time. Years of commitment to staying physically active have taught me that it's not just the best way to keep your body in shape and healthy, but also the key to staying energetic, mentally sharp and emotionally grounded. I was originally drawn to yoga and pilates because the movements came naturally to me, but I was hooked because of the attention to detail and deliberate action both disciplines require. Whether I'm teaching yoga, pilates, or Circuit training, I use this same mindful approach to create the most effective program for my clients. I continue to train and study all different methods of exercise in an effort to continuously provide my clients with the best information.
