HOW WE DO IT
BOLD Health was established to bring the highest quality of care to mental health and substance abuse treatment. We strive for excellence in every service we provide. Quite simply, we are the best treatment providers in Southern California

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGAM and PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION: ADDICTION, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION
Group therapy 3-5 days per week for the treatment of primary mental health conditions as well as substance dependence. These programs include an initial neuropsychiatric evaluation and medical examination with laboratory testing as well as weekly individual psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management appointments as needed.

BIOFEEDBACK/ INTERACTIVE MEDITATION
With an extraordinary partnership with the preeminent biofeedback company in the world, Unyte, we have created a sanctuary for the mind to focus on controlling impulses and anxiety to continually advance our therapy and curriculum when not in a group or individual session.
We work with numerous programs across Southern California and the US to help them drastically improve outcomes through using the BOLD Method curriculum, staff training programs, and continuous monitoring.
