Hai-Duong (Hais) Lindeman is a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of Integrated Treatment Consulting. Since 2004 she has provided clinical treatment and consultation to various individuals and programs throughout the State of California. Prior to going into private practice she served as the program manager and clinical supervisor for the UCSD Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment
Program and the UCSD Outpatient Psychiatric Services clinic. Hais utilizes evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mentalization Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Motivational Interview, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, and holistic practices such as Expressive Arts and Mindfulness in her clinical training and work with behavioral health providers and individuals seeking support.
In addition to her current therapeutic work, she provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians at Community Research Foundation, teaches graduate level substance use treatment for the SDSU Department of Child and Family Development, offers clinical training for the SDSU Behavioral Health Education & Training Academy, and holds a voluntary clinical instructor appointment with the UCSD Department of Psychiatry. Hais completed her clinical training at the San Diego Youth Services Program, working with at-risk school-aged youths and their families, and at the UCSD Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Program, providing care to adults struggling with both chronic substance use and severe mental health conditions.
